We understand that it is very important for many of our customers to see our products in person before they make a purchase. Whether it be deciding on the colour and size or choosing the right customisations seeing them in person helps massively with these decisions.
So whilst our store is closed due to the National Lockdown here in the U.K we have decided to offer a virtual visit to our Albert Dock store.
These Visits will be available to anyone but as time zones vary around the world some of you may have issues with the standard time slots we have available. If you require a different time slot to what is available please speak to us and we will see what we can do.
The way the visits will work is you will book an appointment for a time slot of 25 minutes on either a Monday, Wednesday or Friday Afternoon between 1pm and 3pm using the booking system on our site. There will be a 35 minute buffer between each appointment. This means we will only be able to see around 2 people each day. Depending on popularity and whether we think we need more or less time with each visit we may offer more slots at a later date.
You’ll receive a confirmation email which will have all the details of your visit including times and a link to the Google meet. You will be sent a reminder 24 hours and an hour before your time slot. The visit will take place over Google meet with our Directors Keith and Gail Hanshaw who will be at our Albert Dock store.
As we are using Google meet and Google calendar, a Google account is required to take part in these visits.
