Shipping Guide

After more than 50 years of doing what we have uniquely done, we have created a lot of trust and confidence from customers from around the world. We are always looking for the best ways to get products to our customers. All our deliveries are either tracked or signed for to ensure they don’t get lost in transit.

Standard Delivery Procedure

Typically a standard order will be ready for dispatch within 21 days of the order being placed.  Once your order has been quality checked and marked for dispatch you will receive a notification to your email and/or mobile phone with the tracking information for your order. From here you can monitor your parcels progress on its Journey to you and adjust the delivery details if needed. 

A signature may be required by the courier to be able to deliver the item although due to COVID-19 restrictions the delivery driver will likely just take a picture of your parcel when it has been handed to you as proof of delivery. We make sure of this to avoid theft/loss en route to destination. All domestic shipments are completed through DPD Local which allows us to have your order arrive with you within 3 business days of it being dispatched.

When the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification either to your email and/or mobile phone with the tracking information for your order so that you can keep an eye on its journey and be present to receive it when it is delivered. This is our standard service and you needn’t pay anything extra.

Need something quicker than usual?

If you need something for a specific date, like a birthday or anniversary and you need it quicker than 3-weeks then we can deliver to you quicker than the usual  time frame because we have our "Fast Track".

This service has a cost that is relative to the speed of delivery and complexity of the order, the minimum fee is £10, but it has a maximum cap at 25% of the cost of the bag. It all depends on your unique requirements, so if you  require "Fast Track" then please contact us by emailing us at team@leathersatchel.com to discuss your requirements and get a quick quote. Please make sure you include the phrase Urgent-express delivery so that we can make sure your enquiry is dealt with as quickly as possible. If you have already placed an order and need it quicker please include your order reference in the email subject as well.

Shipping Rates

We ship all orders to the UK Mainland, our Highlands,our own territory Islands and Channel Islands for FREE. This service typically delivers orders the next business day after shipping. Please allow 2-3 weeks for our standard service, to allow for crafting and delivery.

If your country is not listed here then that either means your country is served by our international site which can foundhere  or we do not currently have shipping service to your country.
